The drones have sufficient tracking to murder frigs (unless they spwan on top if you) and anything cruiser and up dies in a fire to the new cruises. The CNR is one of the few boats which can actually get the paper DPS out.

Without implants, 1418dps out to 39+12 (on the gardes), or 1363DPS out to lock range (bouncers), most of it applied. Add implants and you're talking silly numbers. And thats not even a deadspace fit, T2, some faction only.

It's no different for me compared to the phoon (in principle) because the phoon I use is missile based too.

Point is, for it's cost, it's brilliant. Of course, if you have the skills that thing needs to work...you're likely in a better hull, if you're looking general purpose. If you want a specialized hull for given mission groups - she's borderline unbeatable.
